You can't miss this once a year event, the second annual Backwoods Pondfest 2008 is underway. We've booked nationally known bands such as Assembly of Dust, RAQ, The Ryan Montbleau Band and The Breakfast Then there is our hometown favorite band, friend, and contributor to the festival, Lucid, who will be playing both nights for us (You NEED to check these guys out). We have sweetened the deal even more by bringing back some of your favorites from last year such as New Groove Orchestra, Twiddle, Out the Hasse, and School Bus Yellow. New addition to the group, you may remember some of them from previous Pondstocks or Harvest Dance, Mike Suave of the South Catherine Street Jug Band has formed a new band with Callie and Gary from Electric Blue and the Kosmik Truth called The Nitecrawlers.
