Last Show for Shamless Strangers
The Shameless Strangers will be calling Backwoods Pondfest their last show. They will be missed. We would like to thank them for being with us every year and with them luck in there future endeavors.
Chali 2na fans...
If you can't make it for the whole weekend or are just a big Chali 2na fan, Saturday tickets are available online and at the festival gate, day of the show!
Bands are booked, schedule is set
We are very excited about this years lineup. There is a wide range of artists from reggae to funk, hip-hop, rock, bluegrass and more. We have added international & nationals acts and local favorites as well as great regional bands.
We brought some familiar faces back: Lucid for both nights, Hot Day at the Zoo, Twiddle, Spiritual Rez, Shameless Strangers and Capital Zen. Then we upped the ante by adding American reggae giants, John Brown's Body, Jurassic 5's Chali 2na (fresh off his European Tour) with his traveling band House of Vibe and he will bring his special guest, Deploi. And then we added more with San Francisco's funky jazz fusion act, Garaj Mahal, Phili's own electro-rock outfit, Brothers Past, Burlington's red hot funk band, Bearquarium and then finished it off with some dubtronica reggae from Roots of Creation, blues-rock from Mr. Charlie and Blues for Breakfast then some rockin' bluegrass-folk from Tim Herron Corporation and lastly some up and coming local music from Sinecure.
The festival grounds will be full of vendors, fire shows between night sets and much more. Quiet camping will once again be available and don't forget that campfires, parking with your tent and re-entry are all permitted. So get your tickets now while they are still $60. Ticket prices will increase to $70 at the gate with a canned good or $75 without.
